Description
This course covers the design, operational principles, and practical applications of modern instrumental methods used in chemical analysis. Methods discussed include separation, identification, and quantification of the chemical components of natural and artificial materials. Credit toward graduation not allowed for CHEM 4305 and BIOL 4305. Prerequisite(s): A minimum grade of C in the following courses: (CHEM 2800 and CHEM 2800L).
