Organizational Behavior

This course focuses on the application of behavioral science theory and concepts to individual, interpersonal and group processes in a diverse work force. Course topics include personality traits, emotions, values, work attitudes, work motivation, organizational politics, group effectiveness and conflict. Prerequisite(s): MGMT 3130 or AECO 1150 or MGMT 3670, with a minimum grade of C.
